We offer the following specialist foundation services:

Enlarging/Floor Lowering of Below-Pavement Coal Cellars

We started our foundation and underpinning service in 2008 after being retained to lower by 1.2m the floor level of two below-pavement coal vaults forming part of a Grade II Listed house in the Molyneux Street Conservation Area of London. We subsequently tanked and finished the vaults for the owner, with one now being used as home office and the second as a wine cellar.
We now offer a comprehensive service from initial planning application and building control submission through to the final fix of electrics/water/gas as required.

Mini Piling and Underpinning

We offer a complete mini piling/underpinning service - from initial assessment and design to installation. Restricted/difficult to access locations are piled using our Terrier rig, with our Comacchio being used for more straightforward sites.
