Subadra Spotlight: Meet Jasmin Bailey
Role: Graduate Consultant

Jasmin Bailey joined Subadra in April 2025 after completing a degree in Earth Sciences at the University of Cambridge, specialising in Geochemistry. Since then, she’s thrown herself into the world of environmental consultancy, bringing curiosity, energy, and a love for the weird and wonderful quirks of science to every project.
What Drives Jasmin?
“I enjoy using the bizarre scientific behaviours and phenomena of our world to help our understanding and ultimately improve it, one step at a time.”
At Subadra:
Jasmin thrives on variety and is always eager to get stuck in. “I love being involved in lots of different projects, constantly learning new knowledge and new skills.” Whether she’s logging soil samples from a 30m borehole, monitoring gas concentrations on a field, or writing up reports in the office, no two days are the same.
Beyond the Job:
When she’s not working, Jasmin embraces her inner nerd by playing Dungeons & Dragons, baking up something delicious, or building with LEGO.
